Matthew 1:21- "when the baby is born. I want you to name Him Jesus, because He will save His people from their sins.
Matthew 6:34- "don't take on troubles ahead of time because tomorrow will have its own problems. Just do faithfully what you should be doing today and live one day at a time.
Mark 9:23- Jesus said to the father, " it's not a question of if I can. It's a question of whether you believe I can."
I wanted to speak about these scriptures to highlight that even before Jesus was born, He was already ready to come and save His people from their sins. In addition to saving us from our sins, we need to remember (have faith, but also remember) that God knows us, he knows our hearts, he knows how we feel, and he knows how to make situations better. Don't worry about the problems of tomorrow, because those will be taken care of. And lastly, the last scripture is about whether or not we believe that the Lord WILL take care of those problems. Jesus is so cool that He says that its not about whether I can change your whole word for the better or not...... Its about whether you believe He can....... Amazing............ Goodnight Lo. Lov ya

ReplyDeleteGiving up control is a problem that I have and and what I'm going through now is a true testament of that. I do not like not being able to control the things in my life. Letting go and having faith that God will do what He said He will do is tough!
Slowly but surely I've been trying, but I can feel myself slip sometimes (when I start to worry) so all of that is what I needed to hear! Thanks love! :)
