SOOOO I need some advice

I kindof want to go on a half diet. What is a half diet you ask?? I want to go on a half raw food diet. I say half because i'm not doing it full blown..... I LOVE SPAGHETTI TOO MUCH. But I do want to like eat raw foods for breakfast and lunch and then a real dinner because I like to cook dinner. So how do you feel about this ladies? also I need a blender! anyone know where I can get a cheap one???

  1. I've heard of the raw food diet but haven't researched it to see what it is. As long as you are getting your basic food groups I think you'll be fine. What is the purpose of the diet? Lose weight, cleanse, eat better?

    As for the blender, I'll ask Jen to pick the one Gram was going to give me up and you can pick it up from her when you get a chance.

  2. The diet is all 3 of those things really.... I've been losing and I lose more when I eat @ home and not fast food and sometimes I don't eat enough fruits and veggies. This is just to make sure I get enough fruit in my diet
